`My Paternal Grandma was a professional cook for a big house on Peckham Rye before she was married. She taught my mum to cook cakes and pastry. My mum taught me. I have always loved all of the old fashioned traditional cakes and buns. I am happy to share all of my recipe, as everyone is always asking me for the recipe anyway. If I am looking for new recipes, my favourite recipe book is "The Cookery of England" by Elizabeth Ayrton.
